Principles
- Many people claim belief in a
"god" and many people will kill and/or die for the idea.
- An alleged unproven, "supernatural"
supreme being is irrelevant to how one lives a good life.
- Striving to be compassionate, humane
and loving in this, the only life we know we have to live.
- We will to live with humanistic integrity whether or not any "god" exists,
- We, the freethinkers, be we atheist or theist,
gnostic or agnostic about deities, do not consider the question, "Does God exist?",
to be relevant.
- How people behave (which is often based on
theistic memes) is the critical issue.
